Hyperchill chillers
Ideal for cooling by water cooling cycle or closed circuit antifreeze mixtures, designed to ensure superior reliability,
high energy efficiency and the possibility of managing a particularly accurate regulation of the refrigerated fluid.
The chiller cools the water in a closed circuit, using the work of one or more refrigeration compressors.
It is composed of a cooling circuit and a hydraulic circuit: in the first flows the refrigerant fluid, in the second circulates the process water.
The two fluids, without ever coming into direct contact, exchange heat in the evaporator where the refrigerating fluid evaporates, which absorbs the heat contained in the water.
The water thus leaves the chiller at the temperature required by the user.
Hyperfree coolers
Heat exchangers in which the water is cooled thanks to forced circulation ambient air, with extremely low energy consumption.
In coolers, the water circulates inside a heat exchange coil, while outside, an air flow is forced to pass by one or more fans,
cooling the water to the required temperature.
Refrigerant dryers
The heart of the refrigerator dryer is the SmartPack heat exchanger (patent pending).
This ultra-compact all-in-one aluminum module incorporates 4 treatment stages in every single block:
Thus the heat exchanger contributes to the pre-cooling process which otherwise should be entirely entrusted to the cooling system, significantly reducing the total energy consumption of the cooling circuit.
On larger PoleStar Smart dryers (PST460 and above), the exchanger block is multiplied and installed modularly along the inlet and outlet manifolds, up to a maximum of 6 modules in a row.
