The Management of the Batistoni S.r.l. considers the dissemination of the culture of quality, respect and protection of the environment and attention to health and safety at work, a priority, for the growth of the company and all interested parties with whom it interacts directly or indirectly. To this end, it is believed the continuous improvement of the internal management processes is fundamental, operating according to the procedures set out in the integrated management system for quality, the environment and health and safety at work in accordance with UNI ISO 9001: 2015, ISO 14001: 2015 and INAIL guidelines.

In relation to its own context and to the parties interested in the activities and products / services provided, the Management undertakes to:

promote the process approach and, for each process, evaluate and manage risks and opportunities;
define objectives and indicators, considering in every action / decision taken all relevant aspects related to quality, the environment and health and safety at work, and monitor them through constant review;
evaluate the customer's needs in order to best meet their requirements, so as to encourage overall corporate competitiveness;
respect and satisfy all applicable laws and requirements and implement constant control with specific compliance checks;
protect and enhance the environment and take all necessary measures to prevent pollution;
provide safe and healthy working conditions and take all necessary measures to eliminate hazards, reduce risks and to prevent accidents and occupational diseases;
implement the processes necessary to prepare and respond to potential emergency situations;
to promote consultation and participation of workers and workers' representatives to maximize the performance of the products / services provided with respect to the requirements of the integrated management system;
provide the resources necessary for the implementation, maintenance of effectiveness and improvement of the integrated management system for quality, the environment and health and safety at work

To this end, stakeholder involvement is considered central through is considered central

The Management ensures that this policy is documented, made operational, maintained active, periodically reviewed, disseminated to all personnel to all interested parties, as well as made available to the public .
