Instrumentation
The instrumentation products division supplies highly engineered components and flow control systems. These components range from basic compression fittings, pipe fittings, needle valves, ball valves, compact flow switch valves to modular fittings and valve packages.
These items are all developed and produced to increase our customers' uptime, maintain safety, improve production and quality control. Parker is also committed to helping our customers reduce downtime, labor and maintenance costs. The instrumentation products are designed and developed taking into account the customer's application needs
Fittings
The steel versions are equipped with anti-extrusion rings to guarantee perfect alignment of the gaskets for high pressure applications.
The brass couplings have double O-Ring seals for low pressure redundancy and for vacuum applications.
Coupling and uncoupling possible by pulling the ring nut.
A mushroom shutter with stapled gasket ensures a perfect seal at low flow rates and prevents the extrusion of the gasket at high flow rates.
A high number of locking balls evenly distributes the workload and allows the alignment of the two parts of the clutch. Excellent in high thermal cycle applications
